1. Service Description

AIComply provides a self-serve EU AI Act compliance toolkit ("the Service") that helps small and medium-sized businesses classify their AI systems, generate compliance documentation, and track regulatory obligations.

2. Not Legal Advice

Important: AIComply is a compliance management tool, not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice. AI-generated documents are drafts intended as starting points — they should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before relying on them for regulatory compliance. We do not guarantee that using AIComply will result in full compliance with the EU AI Act or any other regulation.

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One organization per account. Additional team members may be added in future releases.

4. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your chosen plan will automatically renew at the listed price. If your subscription lapses, your account reverts to read-only mode — existing data remains accessible but you cannot create new AI systems or generate documents.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in USD on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into AIComply.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • Documents generated by the Service are created using Anthropic's Claude AI.
  • You own the generated documents and may use them freely.
  • Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — always review before use.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any generated document.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIComply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory fines, penalties, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated documents.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which AIComply is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
